How to Book our Camper

Step 1
First pick your dates for adventure and then contact us to check Bert's availability.

Step 2
Next download a booking form, complete it and post or email it back to us as per the contact details on the form itself.

Please read our terms and conditions, as completion of the booking form means that you agree to these terms.

Step 3
We will confirm the booking and send you an invoice with instructions on how to pay your deposit which will be £100 per weeks/part week of hire. The final balance will be due no later than 4 weeks before your hire dates and will cover the remaining vehicle hire costs, plus any additional extras requested.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed until We Hire Campers have received your cleared deposit.

When you come to collect Bert you will need to bring with you...

1. Your cleared Damage Excess Payment (Typically £750 or, if you've opted to pay the Damage Excess Reducer of £20 per day then £250). Remember, the Damage Excess Deposit is returned to you in full upon safe return of the camper in the same condition it was hired to you in.
2. Each driver will also need to bring their full driving licence (paper and photo part if you have a new licence) plus another form of official ID such as a passport or utility bill of less than 3 months old.
